Asus U52F Notebook will not boot

When I power it on, the Caps lock and Num lock lights come on for a bout 5 seconds and then everything turns off. I don't hear the HDD nor is there anything on the screen.

Take out the RAM, and put it back on. It may not be seated well into the slot. If this still doesn't work, take out the battery, hold the power button for 10 seconds, put the battery back on, the power cord, and see if it works. I'll think of something else if this still doesn't solve it.
