Asus Ultrabook Keyboard

Hello everyone.

Need some help. When I turn on my Asus Ultrabook, I can't seems to enter the password as my keyboard are not functioning. All numerical and alphabets button key cannot be used.

I tried to "Ease of Access" just in case I can use the on-screen keyboard but a dialog box appeared and said that another "Ease of Access" program is opened. The program need to be closed for the Narrator to be used. I followed the instructions on how to closed the program but not working.

Same goes to the touch screen keyboard.. Also not functioning.

What should I do?

Hi,

First perform a hard reset with the laptop. Remove the battery and the AC adapter off the laptop then press and hold the power button for 20 secs after these steps put everything back together then turn it back on and test the keyboard. Normally laptops has key combinations to disable or enable the keyboard in your case try pressing "fn+F3" or "fn+F4" and see if your keyboard will work.
