Asus UX501VW missing

Hello, i am having difficult time finding any models of the UX501VW. Here in my country the 2 models were present a couple of months ago (the 4k and 1080p versions) but lately the laptop seems to have dissapeared (both versions) . Is that temporary ? Or is ASUS preparing a new model release this year. A few months ago they released the GL502VT, with the 970M chip.

PS: Strangely enough i am finding plenty UX501JW models lying around, probably just left offs, considering it is an old model with the 4720HQ. But the VW just vanished

There is no way to know what models ASUS is changing or re-naming, and you'd have to do some research as to what models are available in what area.

Your best resource would be to contact ASUS and ask them.
