ASUS Vivobook S400 Memory Problem

Hey Folks,

Wandering if anyone can offer any advice, i have an the laptop mentioned in the title and it is supposed to , and according to CPU-Z has, 4gb of memory, however on task manager it says that 50-60% of memory is being used and this being 300-400mb which is clearly not 50-60% of 4gb.

Hi, go to Task Manager, in the bottom, click on Resource Monitor..., after, click Memory, you will have a detailed explanation of the memory in your laptop.

On resource monitor it claims 3gb to be in use even when only chrome is open on this forum and facebook....

If the resource monitor, in the Memory section, if you click on Commit (KB), you have the most demanding processes for the memory at the top.

Yeh, Mine is has chrome running as the most demanding at less than 100mb
