Asus X541N Vivobook random shutdown.

It's working very fine when I bought it but after a month it just shutting down automatically or randomly. I tried to reset it but it still crashed. And one thing is when I tried to open it (0xc000021a) error message appears, so I troubleshooted it in advance options. What should I do?

It's best you send it in for a return, it looks like a hardware issue that the manufacturer should deal with, not the consumer.

same goes with me.. but it won't open even if it's fully charged.. it will only open if the charger is connected and when you plugged it out, the laptop will shutdown or die...

need help tho.. it's only been a month oth or 3 weeks..

I really don't know what to do.
