Asus X550J Fan started working at full speed all of a sudden

Hi;
Like it says in topic fan started working at full speed all of a sudden. My CPU is in almost idle there is nothing running but today when I turned my pc on my fan started working at full speed, didnt even speed up it started at full speed. It keeps working like that for a long time now almost 30 minutes, it sometimes stops suddenly without slowing down, after a few seconds it starts at full speed again. I tryed restarting Windows ( 7 64 bit ) it was working at full speed when I clicked restart and it keept working like that even after I saw the Windows starting screeen. The air coming out of pc is very cold, and pc is colder than usual and it is new so I know it is clean. Any suggestions?

1. Depending age and where its used, it could be dust problems.
2. If does only within windows and not within bios then it might be a serious virus problem, malwarebytes antimalware scan should be run.
3. If occurs even within the bios, possibly the bios needs updating and all other necessary drivers.

1. Laptop is 3 months old, I am infront of a pc since 1996 so trust me when I say it is clean.

3.Checked, it is latest version.

Electricity went out and came back. Fixed the problem... Wierd. Probably taking out the battery and pluging out the power cord would have worked.
