Hi all,
Nasty problem: I spilled some drink on my Asus Zenbook's (UX31L) keyboard the other day. I let it dry and went trough all the normal steps etc. Afterwards it turned on and worked fine, but after a while the keys started to act progressively worse (unresponsive sometimes etc). Then I decided to reboot, and now the power button doesn't seem to be working, so it wont turn on. Most likely it is just plain broken. The indicator light also does not turn on when I click it.
Is there any way to turn the laptop on without this button? Any other tips maybe? I am working on my thesis and need some files on there.
It has no warranty anymore. I have ordered a new laptop keyboard, but this wont arrive until a month from now.
Kind regards!
