Question AT 2020 Connection Issues w/ Behringer to PC

Recently bought an AT 2020 on Amazon, along with a Behringer preamp for a new setup. I did all the usual assembly and wiring and noticed the PC sees my devices, but for some reason is not detecting it as a mic. Wondering how to troubleshoot this issue. I can hear in my AT headset that the mic is receiving, but no idea how to transmit myself on the various clients I would be using.

Did you connect the AT2020 to phantom power 48V? Or did you switch on 48V at the preamp?

Which Behringer preamp model is it?

Did you install the drivers from here?
