Audio cd to wav, flac, mp3 hardware converter, storage and play

I am trying to find a device that will rip audio cds at a high rate and convert to a multitude of different audio file formats. This device also stores the files and will play-back through a home theater system. I believe it is made in Korea. I can't recall the name. Your help would be appreciated.

you can use software like sony sound forge, to rip, to convert the formats, on your existing computer.
you store the files on your computer.
As far as the drive, that will determine the burn speeds...
it's always good to have plenty of processor and RAM memory for good multimedia playback quality.
