audio jack not fitting properly into my dell vostro 3558 laptop

I can't plug in my 3.5mm headphones to my dell vostro 3558 laptop, the audio jack does'nt fit in properly.I tried my samsung earphones as well but no use. The speakers are working great. Is there any problem with my jack or do i have install any drivers for the headphone audio to work?

Hi,

Your laptop uses 3.5mm port as well so your headphones should work just fine. Just try plugging it in all the way in. But if you feel that it won't really plug in, do take it back to the store where you purchased the laptop from and ask if they can replace it.
