audio problem.. please help

My friends cannot hear my voice. But when Im watching a youtube video, they can hear the video. I dont know what to do please help. I dont know if the problem is in the microphone, or what, should I buy new headphones?

Also, If i use realtek audio device, i get static on the headphones.
on high definition audio device there is on static.
