Audio splitter TRRS

I'm having a hard time finding a splitter that goes from TRS to dual TRRS.

Going on a flight and want to share movie with my wife. Both have earbuds with mic capabilites, i.e TRRS

I saw that, but assumed that I would need a TRS input (3pin) rather than a TRSS (4pin) to properly engage what a stereo mini jack might be on an airplane (as in a computer)???
