Does anyone own a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M20X's. How is the sound quality? are they worth the $60 price tag on sale? They will be used for music listening and gaming.

Those are nice headphones for the cost, good sound quality for the price range, especially compared to most gaming headsets.
