Question Audio-technica ATR2500 has reversed audio channels when using the 3.5mm jack

Hey there, hopefully someone can help me out with this. So my ATR2500 USB microphone has a built in 3.5mm jack to plug headphones into, but unfortunately the audio channels are reversed. So what I should be hearing on my right comes through the left, and vice-versa. Audio through the MB or case jacks are correct when the mic is enabled as a recording device but not as a speaker. My IEMs don't have a cable long enough to use without plugging them into the microphone itself. Anyone else deal with this before? I feel like it may be the onboard jack itself has a physical issue with the conductors for the audio channels, but that's a guess. Thank y'all!

It's not impossible that the headphone jack itself was miswired at the factory. I suggest you contact Audio Technica.
