Auslogics reducing free space

I ran a defrag last night and my free space was reduced from 104 GB to 96,6 GB.Does it keep temp files or sth and how do I delete them?Any help appreciated!

You could run something like CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner) to clear out temporary Internet and other temp files and under Options then Settings wipe free space to see if that reclaims any hard drive space.
