I was told to do a boot scan by avast, it's been going for a good hour and a bit and it's still at 0%. I'm assuming it's due to the hard drive size. I was just wondering if anyone has an estimate of how long it will take?

I have just rechecked it now and it's jumped to 30%. Guess it was just slow updating. But still anyone know how long it may take?
