Solved! Average temperature of i5 in laptop

Does anyone know what the average temperature of an i5 is in a laptop? How about when the computer is running prime95? im trying to find some stats to figure out if a certain brand of laptops is badly cooled

There is no temperature guide. Every chip is different. There are so many other factors as well that one can't really make a definitive guide that applies to every laptop.

Instead, please post your idle and load temperatures, and tell us what i5 CPU you are using. We should then be able to tell whether your temps are too high or not.
