avi to vcd?

Looking for good freeware that can make .avi files into vcd format any suggestions?

I tried that i cant get the video to work the audio plays but no video...

Was there any video shown on the TMPGEnc's main preview screen during the conversion? Also were you able to use software like Media Play to view the video from the mpeg file before you burnt it to VCD?
