BananaTag keeps asking for authorization

I have the BananaTag extension on my gmail accounts and they function fine. However, several times a day it asks me to authorize it for Send Direct. I just don't understand why it's asking me multiple times a day when I first open up gmail. Could something be unauthorizing it? I'm using Chrome for my browser.

Just being curious: what exactly is "Send Direct"?

Does that mean that as soon as you finish an email it gets sent versus being parked in some "Outbox" awaiting further confirmation to actually send?

Per the link Banana Tag seems to take a great deal of control with respect to your email activities. May or may not be what you want to be happening...

E.g.: "Read, send, delete, and manage your email".

My thought is that the relevant configuration settings may be buried somewhere as a change may affect what BananaTag gains from managing your email.

Perhaps they want some control ("Send Direct") that you have not provided.

Thanks for those links. I tried following it and in my gmail, I clicked on the BananaTag icon on the upper right, and navigated my way to CRM and checked it. So far no issues with continued popups but I'm going to have to give it more time.
