Solved! battery plugged in but not charging

hello everyone, I have an Asus laptop, and a week ago I'm facing problems with the battery. it's plugged in and charging, but it still, after hours, 0%. any help please ?

Sounds like you need a new battery. Unless this is a new device then the manufacturer needs to replace the battery for you.
