Best 2-1 Laptop on a Budget?

Hello, I am looking to purchase a new laptop mainly a 2-1. I mainly just use laptops for school work, watching videos, surfing the web, streaming movies/tv shows, etc. I would like to stay under $600 if possible. Looking for a 13-14 inch screen and light enough to be used as a tablet when wanted. Any suggestions?

I have looked at a few Asus computers, I think the 15 inch screen and 5 lbs is a bit too much. I want it to be light enough to actually use as a tablet comfortably. 4lbs or less.

The dell one looks good, it's not a bad price (it is on amazon as well for around the same price) so that might be an option. I wanted to buy it in store but if it can't happen its not a big deal
