Best Budget Microphone for PC gaming

Which Budget PC Microphone is best?

Need a cheap PC microphone, mainly for skype and communication in games. Which one is better? (the $4 difference in price is immaterial to me). In regards to frequency response, which one is better? I have no idea what those numbers mean.

Just go for the cheaper one, with mics that cheap there won't be much difference.
