I don't actually want anything 50-100 hrs of burn-in or so but can i just for the sake use the burn-in player from below given site to burn-in my Audio Technica only 2 cycles of 4 hrs each?

If not better anything can it have negative effect in any ways?

Don't worry about burn in, the effect won't be noticeable. Let the earphones burn in as you listen to your music.

the gradual burn in process will also take place even when i listen on a non-smartphone(w/ not so good sound quality)?
