What I've collected about the new model is that the it has some odd panel inconsistencies no matter the resolution.
Both panels are excellent and you'll have to turn the qhd screens resolution to 1080p anyway for UI elements to be visible since most programs do not scale well at all.
Also a black friday online price cut is going to happen just for your information
