Greetings, I am having a hard time trying to figure out which camcorder could meet the following:

-1920x1080p @60fps video
-decent optical zoom (30x?)
-good night/low light recording capabilities.
-not sure about megapixels but..decent megapixels??

Im not looking for those cameras with projectors or stuff like that.

I did some research, but I just get lost with some specs. I will show you what I found:

so, I was doing my research, I had in mind the sony CX-330 or CX-380 but I get confused because I dont get the sensor size at all, they put something like " 1/2.88" " I dont really get it.

I found the cx-330/380 have a 3 lux sensitivity, and I found some models from panasonic with a lower lux (I also found that they couldnt make 60fps @1080p video)

My goal is to get a decent video camera, a maximum budget of us$ 600, capable to meet the requeriments I wrote above, because I am starting to record some events at night and my actual camera (is very old, is a joke lol) gets so defocused with lights from cars (I actually record drifting competitions, the smoke seems to cause some defocus too)

I dont really know where to ask this. It seems like a dead end, the good cameras are so expensive, they are over us$1000, I will need like 6 months to reach that budget.

just for the record, I will show you how my camera record at night:

Hope to find some help, I dindt know where to ask this.\

sorry for my bad english,**

The CX330 has a small sensor which will impact low-light performance. Sony's are not known for the best low-light performance and the smaller the sensor size the poorer the low-light performance will be.
