The top of my desk is such an ugly clutter of the cables from my keyboard, mouse, and headphones. I've looked at things like Cable Buddy and whatnot, but those are for small cables like cellphone chargers and tablet chargers. I need something that can organize those big long cables on mouses and keyboards and headphones. Links to products would be greatly appreciated!

i have quite a few cables under my desk you can click the spoiler to see them all.
5x speaker wire
1x subwoofer cable
3x hdmi cables
7x power cables
1x cam usb cable
2x cat5e cables
i use some panduit we picked up from a jobsite. they make consumer grade solutions which arent as heavy built but are cheaper.

another option is to put some screw eyes and/or pipe clamps under your desk and use some zip ties to roll up the excess. this is what i did in the office to secure some long cat5e cables, power cables and a rather big transformer.

the cost for this route is a few dollars (for zip ties and some screw eyes/clamps)

if all your wires are together in one big bundle you could use some spiral cable wrap, loop the excess under the table and secure the wrap in one or two places

if your desk doesnt have them already then you could put some grommets in to pass your cables through (not for glass desks!)

Here is some stuff I had in my Thinkgeek wish list:
http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/d500/ These can keep your cords secure in one location without the tangle of zip ties
http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/11f4/ Great for wrapping up cords that are too long for comfort
http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/1221/ These are great for sizing down charging cables or basically anything you want to tie up in there. Comes in standard or large sizes
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009JZ04A8/ref=gno_cart_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER This is great if you have a wired mouse but want a wireless experience. There are other mouse bungees out there, but this one is cheap and looks pretty good!
http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Headphone-Holder-Over--Headphones/dp/B004LPZBD6/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1399160397&sr=1-1&keywords=sennheiser+hh+10 Great for anyone who owns a headset. Clamps to basically any desk and you simply lay your headset on it when you are finished! Designed for over-the-head headphones, it features a padded handle to ensure the safety and longevity of the headband of your headset.

Hope this helps you out!

EDIT: This is a cheaper website for the HH10: http://www.fullcompass.com/product/376202.html?utm_source=googleps&utm_medium=shopping&utm_campaign=googleps&gclid=CNW4vq74kL4CFepAMgodR0kA5w
