Best Proxy Server

Hi guys! I'm looking into proxy servers that can mask my true IP address from being recorded by websites. I tried Privoxy, but when I go here it still finds out my IP address! I thought it had something to do with the fact that the site uses Java, which could bypass the proxy settings in my browser. So I told Java to use Privoxy. My IP address is still detectable! Does anyone know of a proxy server that will filter all internet traffic? I'm new to this thing, so please be patient.

Just a list of servers...first thing that showed up on google search for 'proxy'. Good luck.

Actually, 4 months later, my use for a proxy doesn't exist anymore... But thanks for the answer. That's quite a long list!
