Best refurbished/old Gaming & Editing laptop?

I need a better laptop to stream on twitch modern games (Doom, Overwatch, COD), and edit videos faster.

My Dell Precision i7 M4700 is great, however I cannot replace the video card since the technology is old.

I need an equivalent of GeForce GTX 1060 in terms of graphics, but a budget of 800 USD.

There must be an old i7 workstation that does the same without the fancy "Gaming" brand attached.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Something with a 970m should be OK. Older workstations will not have a video card like a 1060, even with a higher end Quadro card.

the problem is , good streaming laptops are really expensive.
for the budget you offer we need to put everything on the cpu in order to make it possible.
This means we need to sacrifice on other parts such as portability and graphics.
