I haven't used any of those models but you might want to give us some info on your computer and what speakers(headphones?) you are using.

I use a hifi stereo surround sound unit with hifi speakers. It's better quality IMHO.

it's an intel core 2 duo pc..

I'm asking about best sound card available in market less than 100$ ....

mostly i use headphones only..
