Best Video Compression Options for Tablets

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend me a software (paid or free) for the best available video compression for tablets. 32 - 64 gigs is not a lot of room so I'm looking to maximize my storage realestate without sacrificing too much video quality (I don't need 1080p on a 10 inch screen). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Windows Live Movie Maker 2011 in Win7 is a free program, you can select any compression codec, bit rates that you want. Windows Movie Maker has a free version in WinXP too.
But you need to make sure you get the latest Intel Core i7 system to do the conversation as it needs sometimes to convert the movies.
