trying to upload and play hd fotage with out it messing up on moving slow what is da best video graphic driver i can put on my acer 3680 xp to make youtube hd video play better aswell

A different driver won't help you, it's just a slow laptop CPU and video card. Any driver updates you can get are here http/www.acer.com/worldwide/support/ you can download them and see if it helps, but I doubt it will, or at least not enough to notice. You can upgrade RAM to max it will hold, which is 2 gig, aside from that, you need a new computer for HD. I had a laptop with a faster CPU than yours with 1.5 gig of RAM and it did not play HD content well at all, especially streaming HD content.
