Bios don’t detect pen drive hdd and CD/dvd

I have dell e4300 latitude in which pendrive will auto disconnect in bios hdd not detected CD/DVD is not detected even all hardware is ok but when I remove hdd and CD/DVD 10 our of 1-2 time pendrive will boot and system works even no ..I think it’s a bios has been crashed can any one tell me the problem

Hard to make out your issue from the post, what exactly is happening with the system? Is it starting OK and can't read USB flash drive? Or not seeing the hard drive? Not booting? Try re-wording your post or post it on a native language forum for you.
