BIOS not Showing USB HDD while trying to boot from USB.

Hi guys, I have a problem booting USB Drive on Bios, I tried everything I found on the internet but it still doesn't work, I'm trying to install windows 10, I successfully burn it on the USB with Rufus.

Fast Bios is disabled.
My laptop model is a Samsung NP355V5C

I restarted my laptop and pressed F10

And I made a couple of pictures at the whole Bios Menu. Not so many possibilities to make changes. It's quite simple. So what can I do, what goes wrong, why is it not working? Hope you can help me guys, thanks in advance.

Seems to me your laptop has DVD. Why not use that instead, if booting from USB gives you trouble?

Well, I don't have a windows DVD, looks more easier with USB, what program should I use to burn the windows correctly on a DVD? Maybe i'll try it today thanks

Is it a usb hdd or flash drive?? If its a hdd use a flash drive

It's just a 16 GB memory stick

Did you choose GPT or MBR partition before you added the ISO??

And does this have a UEFI BIOS?? if it doesnt choose MBR in Rufus
