BITLORD not working on windows 10

When I download bitlord to my laptop there is no content in the browser or the other search.
It is also to big for the screen. I have it on other laptops in the home and it works perfectly as it used to on this laptop. Any help appreciated. I am using windows 10. Chrome browser. As I say there is no content in toplist or the browser and search does not work

I know this is lightly irrelevant, but Bitlord is not a good app. Bitlord is banned from several private trackers precisely because it's a crappy piece of software. I'd recommend qbittorrent, it looks similar to Bitlord.
