black screen message

Lenovo laptop 20332. There is no cruiser seen just a black screen. Then a message appears at the bottom of the screen saying "preparing automatic
repair". Then that goes away and there is nothing but the black screen again!
Can anyone help?

Cancel the repair before the beginning and then boot.
