Question Black screen with cursor

I've looked at many different solutions yet can't get mine fixed. I really don't know what to do.
For info on it, it never did this before.
I upgraded the ram from a 8gb to 16gb.
It's an HP Pavilion gaming laptop.
The casing/keyboard was replaced by me a few months ago.
It can go to options.
There's the blue loading circle next to the cursor.
Crtl alt delete does not work.
I don't have another monitor.
Please help

Need some better details, did this just start for no reason or after you upgraded the ram or the case and keyboard or anything else happen? Why was the case and keyboard replaced? Did you check if the drive is in properly, try another drive with a clean Windows setup?
