Block all but one or two

how do i configure my ie 8 so that i can only make it access two to three urls and block out all the other, i mean all 🙁

You go to Internet Options, click on Security Tab, click on Restricted Sites, click on Sites button, Under "Add this website to the zone:" enter the site you want to block and then on Add button. Or under Trusted Sites you can enter the one you want to access.

no thats not what i want to do,
i wish to block ALL sites except a few
