Block Youtube?

How do I block Youtube on my Grandsons computer? My AVG asks for an IP address...I can't find it. Advise? (grandson is 8yrs old...he doesn't need to view anything on youtube as far as I'm concerned!) Thanks ya'll in advance!!

Not to judge how to raise a child, but I was building computers when I was 8. I was actually the one that setup and maintained the computer. That was a few decades ago.

I just find it funny that kids can't handle themselves these days.
