Blocking Restricted Callers

I'm stuck in a loop here -- don't tell me how to block callers on Verizon when I don't have their phone number. All it says is Restricted Caller. How do I get rid of restricted caller or expose their phone number?

You'll need to call up Verizon and tell them when the call was. I believe they have access to the number, even if it's hidden from your phone. They won't tell you it though, only block it.
