Bluetooth Has Completely Disappeared From My Laptop

I installed a program called Motioninjoy to use my PS3 controller on my laptop. I immediately uninstalled when I heard that it messes up your bluetooth. The bluetooth icon on my notification bar is gone.

I search "Change Bluetooth Settings" in the start menu and the control panel came up, but when I click on Change Bluetooth settings nothing happens. I tried searching bluetooth on the control panel but again, nothing came up.

So Bluetooth is completely gone from my computer. I'd be happy to provide any more information if needed.

I loaded a restore point from before my problem occurred and it fixed it
