I have surveillance cameras that I transmit the signal wirelessly with a wireless transmitter and receiver. I plug the rca cable from the wireless receiver into on old tv and have a great picture. Now the problem, I bought a new Samsung smart tv and when I plug the rca cable from the wireless receiver into it, I am getting a blurry image. I have adjusted the contrast, etc.. and it has helped a little. You still cannot see in detail, very blurred image. I was told to buy an rca to hdmi converter, but I'm unsure that's the fix, or which one to buy.
Thanks for any help.

rca video connections will always be blurry on hdtvs. The resolution for rca is just too low. Do you have any other type of video output connection on your device?

If you get a rca to hdmi converter, it has to have upscaling. Even then, it might not give you the results you expect. It should look better than without the converter though.

Okay, anything that's plugged into an hdtv or hd monitor via sub-hd inputs will look blurry and ugly. rca is bad, you need component or better inputs.
