Boot audio problem please help! :)

Hi not quite sure if this is the right place to be posting or not

Recently i bought a Roland Quad capture audio interface And use it as a sound card/preamp for my headphones. Whenever i restart my pc or power it back on the device won't power on with it. Well sometimes it does but rarely. I was thinking that maybe there might be an opition i should Change in UEFI setting but not quite sure where to look and a bit out of my depth If someone could point me in the right direction that'd be great

My motherboard is
ASRock Z97 Anniversary LGA 1150 Intel Z97 Motherboard

Try disabling antivirus, and firewall...now shut down and try testing it again.
The security may be blocking it...
