Boots to blackscreen

Hello, emachines Community,
This particular e627 works fine with external monitor but nothing else. OS is W7 Home Premium. I have heard about replacing the bulb and the inverter board. I have read about the problem with the board. I am looking for the screen and found out that it is a common problem with this brand that used to be Gateway. Can anybody give me a hint about this pricey screen?

The NEW screen has to match PRECISELY the old one....look for white sticker on back of old one and ALL NUMBERS AND LETTERS MUST MATCH TOTALLY with white sticker on NEW screen...
