Help! I have 5.5x8.5 photo cards that I used to be able to print borderless in Word 2003 but now that I've converted to Windows 7 with Word 2010 I can't print that size without white borders.....got any ideas?

Hi SueRiester, welcome to Tom's Hardware forum.

U can to select the borderless printing by enabling photo paper in the print window where u select the size as well. Your printer need to have this option.

Post the printer model.

when I select the borderless printing option I am only given a predetermined list of paper sizes. None of which is the 5.5 x 8.5 size that I need.

Hi,

Did u selected the photo paper? What is your printer model?

When printing pictures I use Photoshop elements 9, but for the cards I've been using Word (now Word 2010)

OK, can u try this. Right Click on the file and select open with Windows photo viewer and than tell me if it was successful to set this up.

the file won't open with the photo viewer.....it's a word document and it says it doesn't support that kind of file.
