Bought brand new laptop running abnormally low fps

I just bought a brand new ASUS X555LB-XX026D and for its specs,I can barely play LOL or Hearthstone,games, that don't require much. I tried switching to NVidia graphics from the integrated one on both games,but the results are the same. 10 fps in LOL and hearthstone is very laggy. I run Windows 10.

Laptop specs:
◾video card nVIDIA GT 940M, 2GB
◾processor Intel I7 5500U, 2.8 Ghz
◾4 GB RAM
◾hard 1 TB, 5400 RPM

Well, I know that I had Nvidia gpu and when i tryed switching from intergrated to Nvidia, it would say it is, but would still be using the old gpu. I don't know the issue, maybe win 10, maybe its our stupidity, who knows

New laptop, contact ASUS support to check on things. No need to mess around with an in-warranty system when they will give you free support for now.
