Broken jukebox, need help

Im trying to fix an old rowe ami r90 jukebox that wont play sound. When I turn on the c.c.c. it displays "er 10", and no matter how hard I look online, I cant find a solution. So, any one got any ideas?

found out why it wouldnt play. the mute was always on due to the mute wires being mixed up.
