Ok this problem only started recently and only in normal Windows 7 mode. Out of the blue (no pun intended) a BSOD with the error code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" appeared. After running BlueScreenView it pointed to the driver "ntoskrnl.exe" as causing the problem with "ntoskrnl.exe+735c0" as the address. After seeking help online I was told to run a Memtest twice which I did with 0 errors reported even after 8 or 9 passes (see links below). I also ran various scans prior to this and no issues were detected. Eventually things got worse and I could not connect online even in Safe Mode with Networking so I factory reset my laptop. I thought this would resolve the issue...
Now less than a day later after updating all of Windows Updates the same BSOD error has returned this time with the address "ntoskrnl.exe+74200". I honestly don't know how I can fix this so would appreciate any help. The laptop itself is not that old and I've never ran into problems like this before. Any help would be much appreciated 🙁
