Burning plastic smell.again...

So i took my pc to repair shop and they could not smell anything.
but at home when im playing Rust ,smell is so strong ,i get dizzy after a while.
I3 3220
RX 460
Evga 500b
500gb WD blue
6gb Ram

Could be anything within your computer. My guess would be the PSU, but it's possible you're getting a short somewhere on the main board

when i sniffed in the case smell was kinda coming from psu but its not that strong.pc was off when i sniffed

Weird smells are always going to be bad if they come from inside your case. I would try to isolate what might be causing it before you do much more with the machine

will my pc just die if i keep using this PSU cuz i think the psu is the source of smell?

More than likely, there's some capacitor that is blown. That PSU is definitely not safe anymore.

Look into the Seasonic S12II 520. That's way more than enough wattage, 80+ bronze, and one of the safer PSUs out there

i have warranty on this one so ill ask for them to fix it or get me a new one
