Burning .srt subtitle in video

I need a software/converter to burn .srt subtitle file in video files.
Ive been using Handbrake for a while. It supports burning DVD subtitle in the converted files. But it doesnt support burning .srt subtitle... And most of the animes i won have .srt subtitle. Can you help me to find a way?

I've been through subtitle hell too.

I've used megui to burn the subtitles into the video, though it's been a long while. You add a TextSub line to the avisynth script.

You could also try XviD4PSP if you want a simpler solution.
