Solved! Buying a used laptop, need opinions

This is the laptop I'm going to buy.
Seems fishy at $675, crazy powerful laptop and the guy said the first person who went to look at it didn't want to buy it because the webcam wasn't working (claims its a driver issue, but that he'll install the driver before I come).
The cosmetic damage is only on the outside so it doesnt affect the screen or the keyboard; he's leaving the country soon so if I get screwed over there's no way I could get my money back
Think it's worth it? Heck of a good deal if it's all fine with no issues

Irrelavent since its no longer avaliable but typically anything too good to be true, usually is and he would have vanished with your money.
